Findings

We carry findings in sterling silver, silver filled, 14K gold, 14K gold-filled, Vintaj nickel free brass, and Tierracast plated metal.  Our findings include clasps, earwires, jumprings, connectors, bead caps, and cones.

Books

We have a large selection of books on a variety of beading topics including bead stringing and design, beadweaving techniques, metalwork, working with glass, precious metal clay, and the history of beads.  Our books are for the beginner beader or for the advanced.

We carry a current and comprehensive collection of magazines including titles such as Beadwork, Bead and Button, Jewelry Artist, Creative Beading, Belle Armoire Jewelry, Stringing, and much, much more!

Other Services we offer:

BYOB and Open Work Stations
You can pull up a chair and work on a project at one of our open workstations whenever large classes or parties aren't in session. Bring Your Own Beads! You can use our tools if you want. Table space is first come, first serve, but it is rare that we wouldnt have room for you. You can always call ahead to make sure. Phone 616-296-0020.

You Design & String, We Finish
Not sure how to crimp or make a wrapped loop? Not sure you want to learn? You can pick your beads and assemble your design and we will attach the clasp or earring findings. For most strung pieces the labor charge is $3.00. You can design earrings or pendants too! Labor charges start at $1.00 for pendants and $2.00 for basic earrings.

Repairs
We can repair a wide range of beaded jewelry. Re-stringing labor charges start at $5.00 for bracelets and $8.00 for necklaces. Labor charges will vary depending on the nature of the repair. Bring your jewelry in and we can give you an estimate. We cannot make repairs that require soldering.
